It’s pretty simple. For 3 weeks eat as much veggies as you can. Ok so there’s a little more to it than that.

If you can’t do it all at once (I don’t blame you, I still have a bit of coffee here and there), just try cutting out a few items at a time and make the cleanse last longer until you can go 3 weeks without cheating. Honestly, I feel a lot lighter and am more mindful of what I am eating.
It is probably going to be harder if you don’t cook your own meals but just make sure to pack your lunch for work or school.
The first few days are the toughest cause if you are an avid coffee drinker like myself, you’ll feel a little dizzy and grumpy but you just need to stay hydrated and go to bed early!
After finishing week one, I feel like I have less cravings and more control over my eating. You’ll start to purposely avoid putting toxic things in your body like saturated fats and sugars.
If you want to learn more about it get Eric Berg’s book called The 7 Principles of Fat Burning and it’ll go into more detail on how this cleanse affects your liver and makes it easier to digest and activate all your other important organs.

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup 100% cranberry juice (nothing added!)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
