About

Not in my natural environment but it was during my amazing trip to London, England

Yes, I realize I am a few years behind the blogging scene, but hey! It’s never too late to start right? I figured I’m only 22 and have plenty of life experience to share with the world and what a great way to look back at all my adventures later on!

So a little about me huh? Well, as a Montrealer, j’ai été élevée en français par ma mère and in english by my dad who is actually from a cute little town in Pennyslvania called Mars. Yes, he was a Martian! After living most of my life in the same small town outside of Montreal, I decided to head off to the nation’s capital, Ottawa, for university where I studied Marketing.

What do I want to do with this degree? Well, after working at Starbucks throughout my university life (where multitasking was my specialty) as well as loving to plan my day-to-day activities in my agenda, blackberry and wall calendar, I thought: ‘I would make a pretty good event planner!. And voilà! That’s what I am aiming for.

Education aside, I love a lot of things. Now, I say this like it could be anything but my ‘likes’ have changed so much over the last 2 years that I wouldn’t know where to begin. One thing that will never change is that I have a passion for horses. Even though I don’t have time to visit my mare Candee as often, she is still a huge part of my life. A more recent “like” is cooking. I decided to cut out meat and become a vegetarian for health reasons. The whole health and fitness world fascinates me more and more and there is still so much to learn!

I have so much more to tell you, but it will happen one post at a time 🙂

Talk to you soon!

  1. I’m glad you found my blog, so I could find yours! 🙂
Job hunting, while fun, is also discouraging and frustrating! It’s so hard right now because I live in Maryland and am looking in California. It creates a little bit of a problem!
Anyway, good luck with your job search and your new blog!
