Yesterday’s challenge was all about push ups. I had to do 10 push ups per hour while I was at work from 10 to 6pm plus an additional 10 after work.
Mission Accomplished! It wasn’t easy but with the help of my lulu friends, we got down and did 90 push ups throughout the day. Of course, this all took place after an intense hour long workout at CATZ (competitive athletic training zone) in the morning!
I ended the day with a fun Wine Night at one of our lululemon peep’s place and was finally able to sit down and relax.
Today’s Skinny Chix challenge:
E-wall: do 2 sets of office stretches while at work
G-Nort: fill up my water bottle 5 times during the day, and drink it! (GREAT challenge idea for everyone to try, especially during winter when we are more likely to forget to drink lot’s of water.)
