Today’s no-fried-food day was a success! I managed to say no to the french fries at Universal Studios as well as the Churros my grandma bought. It was not easy. Unfortunately my dearest Erin got an F on her first challenge. Her challenge was the dumbbell workout which she did not do but it’s ok she has to do it tomorrow as well as add 50 pushups to her routine throughout the day.
Wednesdays challenge for me: no sweets whatsoever, except fruit. Ouch, that’s my weak spot. Especially because I’ll be at the event planning office where we get cookies by the dozen every week as Thank You gifts from clients! Joy.
